by notes of peppermint, complemented by the subtle bitterness of birch leaves.
The plants are dried with great care, preserving their natural color, shape,
and aroma. We prepare this blend using whole leaves and blossoms, intentionally
leaving them uncrushed. Some plant parts may naturally break during the drying,
blending, and packaging processes.

Usage and storage tips
- To prepare the tea, use approximately 1–2 teaspoons of the herb per 200–250 ml of hot water. Let it steep for 5–10 minutes, then strain. You may adjust the strength of the tea to suit your personal taste.
- Store in a tightly sealed container in a dry place, protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
- Shelf life: 2 years, provided that storage conditions are met.
