Delivery

• We prepare the order after payment is received, unless the selected method states otherwise.

Payment

• The available payment methods are shown during checkout.
• Prices in the store are in euro. Unless a product says otherwise, the price includes VAT.

Order status

After you place an order, we send a confirmation to the email address you provided. Registered customers can follow the status in My Account.
