Usage and storage tips

• To prepare the tea, use approximately 1 - 2 teaspoons of peppermint per 200 - 250 ml of hot water. Let it steep for 5 - 10 minutes, then strain. You may adjust the strength of the tea to suit your taste.
• Store in a tightly sealed container in a dry place, protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
• Shelf life: 2 years, provided that storage conditions are met.
